Our flash ovens are designed and built to use in conjunction with our 3D-bladder ovens. Adhesive-coated substrates and their cover stock patterns are loaded onto multi-tiered carts which are then shuttled through the flash oven, thus flash-curing the adhesive that has been sprayed onto the mating components.

 

The oven will process 4 carts continually with a cart exiting the oven every 2 minutes and 15 seconds. Cycle time (the total length of time that one cart remains in the oven) is approximately 9 minutes, based on your product.
